Overview

How does Laser Tattoo Removal work?

Tattoo removal is done predominantly with pico lasers. It should be performed by doctors only.

The energy from the pico laser is absorbed by the tattoo pigments and shatters it into smaller particles. The body is able to break down and remove these smaller particles, resulting in gradual lightening of the tattoo.

Multiple sessions are needed for complete tattoo removal. Not all pigments are able to shattered in one setting due to the natural skin reaction to the laser - redness and swelling of the area distorts the anatomy and reduces the effectiveness of repeated laser over the same area.

Laser tattoo removal for eyeliner and eyebrow embroidery is suitable for those who are no longer satisfied with the design, shape, colour or intensity of their embroidery.

We are able to remove black, brown, and grey pigments. Red pigment may also be removed but requires more sessions and more time to lighten.
